Refund Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and seals intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Refund Procedure

1️⃣ Contact Us – Send an email to our customer service team at contact.artmoda@gmail.com to initiate your refund request. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

2️⃣ Return the Product – After confirmation from our customer service team, return the product to the address provided.

3️⃣ Product Inspection – Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If it meets our refund conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

4️⃣ Refund Processing – The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.


Exceptions

🚫 Products purchased on sale or with a promotional code are not eligible for a refund.
🚫 Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
